For custom enterprise software development, all project deliverables, source code ownership, licensing agreements, and intellectual property rights are governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between Medvac Infotech and the client upon project initiation.
Our proprietary products, including Digital Visual Aid (DVA) and MedPilot SFA, are licensed on a subscription or enterprise deployment basis. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or resale of our software platforms is strictly prohibited.
Medvac Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our informational website. Specific SLA guarantees and operational uptime liabilities are outlined individually in enterprise client contracts.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of website usage or service agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
